1. Return Eligibility 🔁
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- The item is free from stains, damage, or odors
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items 🚫
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Baby socks, hats, and undergarments
- Final Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards or promotional items
3. How to Start a Return 📩
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- Our support team will provide return instructions
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
4. Refunds 💳
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item:
- Please return the original item
- Place a new order for the desired product
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items ⚠️
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos and your order details
We will resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages
